Shipping & Returns
To calculate the shipping & handling total for your order, simply add items to your cart, click "Go To Checkout" and view shipping method and cost. This cost amount is for shipping within the USA. International Shipping will cost greater than noted and will be billed separately through Pay Pal before shipment. Please note that your order may ship in multiple parcels, and these parcels may arrive on different days.
We do not accept overnight orders through our web site, as time zones vary and we never want to over promise a delivery date to a customer.
International Shipping: International orders are accepted. Additional shipping charges will be calculated and billed separately through Pay Pal. All International duties and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser, and payable upon product receipt.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO) and Fleet Post Offices (FPOs).
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, negligence, incorrect shipping information or absence we will attempt to contact the customer via phone or email to obtain correct shipping information.
Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped. If we are unable to resolve the order it will be returned and the customer will be charged a 20% reprocessing fee.
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. In fact, most orders ship within 48 hours. However, some items may not ship for 3-5 business days or more. Orders ship Monday through Friday (and sometimes Saturday).
Customers receive a shipping notification via email as soon as their order ships. If any items in your order are back ordered, we will notify you via email. Please note that your order may ship in multiple parcels, and these parcels may arrive on different days.
Please note that we only accept returns on new, unused items up to 30 days after purchase, and we charge a 20% reprocessing fee for all returns (except Body Togs). We do not refund shipping charges unless we sent the wrong item.
Body Togs come with a full money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, return Body Togs to Women' s Personal Fitness within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
